• Orders recieved by2:00 PM West coast time, Monday through Friday are shipped that day.
• Orders recieved after 2:00 PM West coast time are usually shipped the following business day unless prior arrangments are made.
• All next day orders must be called in and processed personally to insure on time delivery is possible.
• In the event an Item is out of stock, you will be notified before the order is processed.
• If you still wish to place the order, the order will be placed and you will be notified as to when the item will be shipped.
• We  do our very best to see that every order is handled and processed in the most expediant way possible.
• FREE SHIPPING... applies to initial items shipped UPS ground. If an item on the order is backordered, order will be held until all items are available to ship at the same time.
  If order is split, first items shipped will be free, aditional items will be shipped and charged accordingly. Special promotions and special priced items may be excluded from the free
